Why do I have to sign multiple contracts?

One of the biggest changes this year is that you will sign a contract per student instead of one per family, as you have in the past. While each student will have a separate contract to show the tuition & fees breakdown amount per student, your billing will still be combined into a single statement.

Why is my rate different on my second and/or third child?

Traditionally, we have billed tuition on a per Family basis. This new platform bills tuition and fees on a per student basis. In order to achieve the final total amounts quoted in our K-8 Tuition Rates matrix, the discounts on Parishioner and Sibling vary slightly for Student 2 to Student 3.

If I am paying my tuition in full, why am I being required to setup Autopay?

In an effort to streamline our process of collecting payments and create better efficiency in payment handling, we are moving to electronic payments. We are looking to setup additional opportunities to leverage Finalsite's payment collection capabilities such as Afterschool Payments, field trips, etc. As we work through setting these up, we will communicate in the future.

I don't want to pay electronically, how can I setup to pay by cash or check?

In an effort to streamline our process of collecting payments and create better efficiency in payment handling, we are moving to electronic payments. If you pay by electronic check rather than a physical check, there is no additional fee. If you are only able to pay by cash, please contact us either via email: [email protected] or phone: (716) 836-1191 to discuss further.

I want to use a different payment method for my deposit than my autopay. What do I do?

Enter the payment method you want to use to pay your deposit. After you submit your contract and that payment, you can go into the "Billing Management" tab of the Parent Account to change your autopay method going forward.

I can't pay my full deposit today, can you roll it into my tuition payments?

Please contact us either via email: [email protected] or phone: (716) 836-1191 to discuss special arrangements and/or extended deadlines.

What is the activity fee?

This fee is new for the 2024-2025 school year to help cover the costs of equipment and some sports-related expenses.

If I applied for the BISON Fund but was not awarded any aid, can I still apply for St. Mark School financial aid?

Yes. Please contact the St. Mark Church rectory for more information on how to apply.

Can I setup an account with Single-Sign-On (SSO) using Google or Microsoft?

In order to help with any functionality in the future, it is our recommendation that you first manually create an account with an email and password. After your initial login, you can connect SSO via Google or Microsoft to your account to make logging in faster in the future.

I opted-in for text messages from St. Mark, does that mean I will continue to receive tuition payment text message reminder?

Unfortunately, Finalsite does not currently have the ability to send scheduled text message reminders for tuition payments. However, you will still receive scheduled email reminders. We are working through defining the communication plan as to when text messages will be used. More details will come later, stay tuned.
