The St. Mark School board was instituted in October 2006. The Board has responsibility for Educational Policy, Budget & Finance, Development, Buildings and Grounds, Enrollment Management and Personnel. The Principal is an ex-officio member of the board and is responsible for the operation of the school. The Home School Association President serves on the Board in an ex-officio capacity.
